Wow, this takes my back to my early days of refining my web skills, learning coding and joining the web community in promoting CSS ~ how time flies… from those days, I will forever remember Dave Shea and Molly Holzschlag, alongside many others, and thank them for guiding my path into web standards and the beauty of CSS :)
In his blog post “10 Years” – Dave revives this concept, asking for new submissions to now work with more advanced designs – exciting & fun!!! :) Who wouldn’t want to contribute to this…
I know that this was one of the first projects which truly inspired me and swept me away with so many contributing ;) Unfortunately, my design in the official archives is broken now—but I still have the original CSS file and its images online, being new to hosting my own sites still, it is a long-winded link, but an archive I proudly maintain :) In case you’re curious where I was 10 years ago with my web skills – here you go (what it should look like) ;)
You should definitely join in and work on a design yourself – nothing like being part of this :)

Thank you, Dave, for this amazing project – and for bringing it back!
